动影 AI 使用条款
动影 AI 由个人开发者运营。使用账号、AI 创作、积分或会员功能，即表示您同意遵守本条款。
1. 服务与账号
动影 AI 提供图片、视频及相关 AI 创作工具。您应提供真实可用的账号信息，妥善保护登录凭据，并对账号下的操作负责。发现未经授权的访问时，请及时联系我们。
2. 创作素材与生成内容
您保留对合法上传素材及生成内容依法享有的权利。您确认已获得处理相关肖像、作品、声音、商标及其他受保护材料所需的授权。AI 输出具有概率性，可能不准确、不完整或与预期不同；在公开发布或用于重要决定前，请自行审核。
3. 使用规则
不得利用本服务制作、传播或协助制作违法、侵权、欺诈、骚扰、仇恨、露骨色情、危害未成年人、侵犯隐私或绕过安全措施的内容。我们可对涉嫌违规的内容进行安全审核，并在必要时限制相关功能、移除内容或暂停账号。
4. 积分包
积分包是通过 Apple App Store 提供的消耗型 App 内购买项目。商品名称、价格和币种以购买确认页显示为准。服务端核验 Apple 签名交易后才增加积分；已发放积分永久累计、不按月清零，不可兑换现金、转让或脱离本服务使用。
若 Apple 显示购买完成但积分未到账，请勿重复购买，可在 App 内选择“恢复并同步购买”或前往技术支持页面联系我们。
5. 创作者会员与自动续订
Dongying AI Creator Membership 为一个月自动续订会员。每个 Apple 已付款月共发放 2,000 积分：购买确认后立即发放 500 积分，并在第 7、14、21 天各发放 500 积分。已发放积分永久累计；取消续订不会收回已经发放的积分。
订阅价格、周期和续订确认以 App Store 展示为准。除非您在 Apple 账户中取消，订阅将由 Apple 自动续订并通过 Apple 账户收费。您可在 App 内“管理订阅”或系统的 Apple 账户订阅设置中取消。退款申请及付款争议由 Apple 按其政策处理，我们依据 Apple 的签名交易和退款通知更新记录。
6. 服务可用性与责任边界
我们会合理维护服务，但网络、设备、Apple 服务、云服务、AI 算力、内容安全系统或维护可能导致暂时中断。我们不会以静默替换模型、分辨率或购买结果的方式掩盖错误。法律允许的范围内，对不可控制因素、用户违规使用或未经审核直接依赖 AI 输出造成的损失，我们不承担超出适用法律要求的责任。
7. 账号删除、条款更新与联系
您可以在 App 的账号设置中申请注销账号。与已完成交易、安全审计或法律义务有关的必要记录可能按隐私政策保留或去标识化处理。

Dongying AI Terms of Use
Dongying AI is operated by an individual developer. By using an account, AI creation, credits, or membership features, you agree to these terms.
1. Service and accounts
Dongying AI provides image, video, and related AI creation tools. You must provide usable account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized access.
2. Creation media and generated content
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in uploaded media and generated content. You confirm that you have the permissions required to process any likeness, work, voice, trademark, or other protected material. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or different from what you expect. Review it before publication or use in an important decision.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create, distribute, or assist with unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, child-endangering, privacy-invasive, or security-circumventing content. We may conduct safety review and, where necessary, restrict features, remove content, or suspend an account associated with suspected violations.
4. Credit packs
Credit packs are consumable in-app purchases provided through Apple's App Store. Product names, prices, and currencies are those displayed on the purchase confirmation screen. Credits are added only after the server verifies an Apple-signed transaction. Granted credits accumulate permanently and do not reset each month; they cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or used outside this service.
If Apple shows a completed purchase but credits do not appear, do not purchase the item again. Use “Restore and Sync Purchases” in the app or contact us through the Support page.
5. Creator Membership and automatic renewal
Dongying AI Creator Membership is a one-month auto-renewable subscription. Each paid Apple subscription month grants 2,000 credits in total: 500 immediately after purchase verification, followed by 500 on days 7, 14, and 21. Granted credits accumulate permanently. Canceling renewal does not remove credits already granted.
The App Store displays and confirms the subscription price, duration, and renewal terms. Unless canceled through your Apple account, Apple automatically renews and charges the subscription. You can cancel through “Manage Subscription” in the app or through your Apple account subscription settings. Apple handles refund requests and payment disputes under its policies; we update our records using Apple's signed transaction and refund notifications.
6. Service availability and limitation of liability
We take reasonable steps to maintain the service, but networks, devices, Apple services, cloud services, AI compute capacity, content-safety systems, or maintenance may cause temporary interruptions. We do not hide errors by silently substituting models, resolutions, or purchase outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond applicable legal requirements for circumstances outside our control, misuse of the service, or losses caused by relying on unreviewed AI output.
7. Account deletion, updates, and contact
You may request account deletion in the app's account settings. Records required for completed transactions, security audits, or legal obligations may be retained or de-identified as described in the Privacy Policy.
